Estimado equipo de Network Optix,

Me encuentro realizando el proceso de certificación System Integrator - Engineer y actualmente estoy presentando un inconveniente en el portal de certificación.

El módulo “Nx Witness User Interface” no permite cargar correctamente, por lo que no es posible continuar con el contenido y posteriormente realizar el examen correspondiente.

Agradecería mucho su apoyo para revisar este inconveniente y poder continuar con el proceso de certificación.

Quedo atento a sus comentarios y a cualquier indicación necesaria para solucionar el inconveniente.

    Dear Network Optix Team,

    I am currently completing the System Integrator - Engineer certification process, and I am experiencing an issue with the certification portal.

    The “Nx Witness User Interface” module is not loading properly, which prevents me from continuing with the course content and subsequently taking the corresponding exam.

    I would greatly appreciate your assistance in reviewing this issue so that I can continue with the certification process.

    I look forward to your comments and any instructions necessary to resolve this issue.

    Hello Elton, I am troubleshooting the issue but I do not want you to have to wait so I have marked the Nx Witness User Interface module as “Complete”:
