Analytics bounding-box overlay not shown on live camera view [REST API based integration]

We are running a person detection model on the camera stream and sending the bounding boxes of detected persons to Nx. The pipeline is started by going to Camera Settings → Integrations tab → <our app analytics>, and the boxes are pushed to the camera's device agent as analytics object metadata via the Nx REST API (v4). The objects are received and stored correctly and appear in the Notifications tab, but the bounding-box overlay does not render on the live camera view. If we close the camera tab, start the pipeline / enable the engine again from the Integrations tab, and then reopen the camera tab, the overlay renders correctly — with no change to our payload or REST calls.

Since the metadata is valid and reaches Notifications, this appears to be a client-side issue: enabling analytics metadata on an already-open camera does not trigger the live overlay to re-subscribe, and only closing and reopening the camera window does.

Have attached screenshots of overlay where its working and not working (even though notification tab shows the objects)

  Have you checked the analytics log (that showing the metadata processing time at each node in the pipeline?)
