HTTP 403 when enabling 2FA on Nx Cloud account settings (/cdb/account/self/settings/security)

Hi all,

I'm trying to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on my Nx Cloud account, but the process fails with an HTTP 403 (Forbidden) error.

What happens:
When I go to the security settings to activate 2FA, the request to /cdb/account/self/settings/security returns a 403 and the activation cannot be completed.

Environment:

• Nx Cloud (accessed via web)
• Browser: Chrome 

• Account role: Owner

   

What I've already tried:

• Retried the activation several times
• Cleared browser cache / tried a different browser
• Confirmed I'm logged in with the correct account

Has anyone run into this 403 when enabling 2FA? Is there a known workaround, or is this a Cloud-side issue that needs to be escalated to Nx directly?
