The app/Client crashes when logging into AD account.

Nx ver.6.1.2.42921
After adding the account via LDAP,

web login works fine,but logging in via the Nx client or Nx mobile app immediately causes the app to crash.

However, the AD account login record is visible on the server.Please advise on how to troubleshoot this issue?

  Hi Leochen,

  When you login via the web browser, do you get to stream cameras?

  How's your LDAP configured? In the audit trail, do you see a successful login when it crashes?

  After logging in via the webpage, can get  the camera stream.
