Recently, I need to re-access my account. I was prompted to reset my password using my email account, but shortly after, it asked me to enter my 2-FA Authenticator code, and as far as I remember, I never set one up. I can't find a way to set one up or reset my 2-FA. Would anyone know how? I can't even enter my account.

  If you didn’t enable 2FA yourself, your system administrator may have turned it on for your account. They should be able to help you get set up! If you need more help, feel free to reach out to your authorized reseller for further assistance.
