Problem with Incorrect camera Vendor and Model

There is an issue with multi-server environment 

When you add new camera to a Server1 the Vendor and Model is read correctly and displayed correctly 

However when you reboot Server 1 and all cameras on this server 1 failovers to Server 2, then the vendor and model details are updated in NXdatabase incorrectly. In my case instead of Vendor name there is Model and instead of model there is incorrect data and hence Advanced PTZ functions stop working.

  Do both servers have the same VMS version?
