    Hi bytesitter,

    If you contact your Authorized Reseller, they can deactivate the licenses tied to the old HWID, and allow you to activate them on the new HWID. Please assure you share the new HWID with your reseller.

    I've already asked there, but they are unable to help me. They told me I should ask in the forum or submit a ticket. I've not found where to submit a ticket.
