License not valid after upgrade

Hello,
we use a Hyper-V vm. After upgrading Hyper-V Host System all licenses are invalid and hardware id changed. How can we reactivate the license ?

If you contact your Authorized Reseller, they can deactivate the licenses tied to the old HWID, and allow you to activate them on the new HWID. Please assure you share the new HWID with your reseller.

I've already asked there, but they are unable to help me. They told me I should ask in the forum or submit a ticket. I've not found where to submit a ticket.

Reseller is Herweck AG. I really need the licenses to activate the server again.

Or you can find the authorized reseller who issued your licenses via the About menu, which you can find in the Main Menu (hamburger menu in the top left of the Desktop Client) or by pressing F1.
