Request to reset 2FA for administrator account

Hello,

I am the owner of the Nx Cloud administrator account post@alanyaimport.no.

I know the correct password, but I cannot complete the login because every 2FA code is rejected.

I have tested with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator and another authenticator app. The phone time is synchronized correctly, but the verification codes are always reported as invalid.

I still have access to the system through the NX Mobile application, but I cannot access the Cloud administration portal.

Could you please verify my ownership and reset/remove the Two-Factor Authentication for this account?

  By "chain of trust," we refer to the following hierarchy:
   
  User > Administrator > Integrator > Reseller > Network Optix
   
  This protocol is designed to minimize the risk of granting admin access to unauthorized individuals.
   
  Therefore, we kindly request that you contact the company that supplied the device to you. They will follow the chain of trust to ensure that you regain access as promptly as possible.
