Request to reset 2FA for administrator account

I am the owner of the Nx Cloud administrator account post@alanyaimport.no.
I know the correct password, but I cannot complete the login because every 2FA code is rejected.
I have tested with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator and another authenticator app. The phone time is synchronized correctly, but the verification codes are always reported as invalid.
I still have access to the system through the NX Mobile application, but I cannot access the Cloud administration portal.
Could you please verify my ownership and reset/remove the Two-Factor Authentication for this account?

We are capable of providing the 2FA recovery codes; however, this process must adhere to the established chain of trust.
By "chain of trust," we refer to the following hierarchy:
User > Administrator > Integrator > Reseller > Network Optix
