Hanwha TID600R Intercom bugging with 6.1.12
I've been using a Hanwha TID600R intercom for 2 years with NX Witness and it has been working fine. But since upgrading to the new NX version 6.1.12, the live audio stream keeps cutting out. The person at the intercom can hear OK but at the NX Witness Video Client, there's no audio incoming, making a conversation over the intercom impossible. Playing back the video footage afterwards, the audio is all there, but not live (except at the intercom end). Because this only changed with NX 6.1.12 I'm assuming it is something that will need to be fixed by the NX Team but if there's anything I can do, I'd be happy to.
I'm going to bring it up with my reseller too but thought I'd alert on it.
