    You're always welcome to post your general questions here in the community! However, if you are dealing with a complex issue that requires an in-depth investigation, please submit a request to your local reseller for specialized assistance.

    So, have you permanently removed the option to “create a new request”?

    That's really, really bad. We're disappointed. You need to bring this feature back, because technical issues may arise in the future that local distributors / resellers won't be able to help us with.
