    Hi Mark,

    I assume that a firmware update was applied to the devices and Hikvision changed the vendor name, from Hikvision to Hikmicro, and after a restart of the Media Server - after the VMS update - this will affect the mechanism that decides the number of licenses per device for multi-sensor devices. 

    It can be fixed pretty easily. 

    In order to address the reported issue, please contact your local reseller, and provide them screenshots of the Camera Settings menu in the Nx Desktop Client, specifically the General tab, where the Vendor and Model details are clearly visible?

    The Reseller can contact us, and we'll be able to create a temporary fix, which will be included in our source files once confirmed.
