UNV camera intrusion not working
I have updated some UNV cameras (IPC3638SS-ADF28KMC-I1) from firmware GIPC-B6213.5.10.250604 to GIPC-B6213.6.5.251222 and Smart Events like Intrusion detection, line crossing stop working and it will save the settings but send an error to NX as below:
WARNING nx::vms::server::analytics::wrappers::DeviceAgent(0x7597d0e92b60): Integration failed to accept settings. Technical details: Method DeviceAgent::setSettings() of DeviceAgent for Front Gate of Engine of Uniview returned an error: [internalError]: Request http://192.168.4.66:80/LAPI/V1.0/Channels/0/Smart/SmartRule/IntrosionZone failed with device code 2 (Invalid Arguments)
Does anyone have any ideas? I'm guessing the firmware is too new for the internal UNV plugin.

Hi Mark Edwards,
I'm not super familiar with the details of these plugins, but I noticed a quick typo in the request you shared:
http://192.168.4.66:80/LAPI/V1.0/Channels/0/Smart/SmartRule/IntrosionZoneNot sure how this will be treated in the plugin, but I would assume this should be:
http://192.168.4.66:80/LAPI/V1.0/Channels/0/Smart/SmartRule/IntrusionZoneSo, it would be worth it, to report it to the Camera Vendor, or your Authorized Reseller, they are best equipped to investigate the root cause of this specific issue and get it resolved or escalated for you.
Best regards.
