Hilook PTZ-N3404LIU cameras ISAPI support
Hi Folks, I have been trying to get a Hilook PTZ-N3404LIU camera working using ISAPI, it is working fine with OVINF however it wont fire up using ISAPI so I can't use the triggers/alerts
This is what I get with the camera (there is no later firmware then V5.8.0 (that I can find)

It appears ISAPI is working if I use curl, it is below, but NX won't use it, so it wont use the hikvision integrations.

Hi
Thanks for your question!
At the moment, HiLook isn't natively supported by Nx Witness. You're right that the two are closely related, but they are separate brands — HiLook isn't completed identical/same as Hikvision.
HiLook is a budget-friendly sub-brand owned and manufactured by Hikvision, so you can think of it as something like a sub-OEM under the Hikvision umbrella.
Currently, we support devices that are manufactured by Hikvision and report the vendor name as "Hikvision." Unfortunately, HiLook doesn't quite meet that condition right now, so for the time being it stays on ONVIF to avoid potential ISAPI compatibility issues.
If having ISAPI support is important for your setup, I'd recommend reaching out to your local distributor. They may be able to help — whether by suggesting supported devices or by raising a request where needed.
