API Stopped Working

Have created an app that brings in camera feeds via NX Cloud API.
Has been working fine until today.
There are 4 servers in the system.
One appeared to be offline but site confirmed that the cameras were working.
Once they rebooted the server the API started to work.
The cameras that the API uses were not hosted on this server.
Do you know why this happened?
