Failed Object view in NX Client

Running NX v6.1.1.42624 and Hanwha QNO-9083R cameras, and want to use object view/search.  

When I enable the object view, I see the overlay on the camera, and the objects also appear in the timeline as yellow, but the objects don't appear in the right-hand Objects tab, nor can they be searched.  

What is wrong here?
