NX sending restore event to Immix after network loss/reconnect
AnsweredWe are experiencing an issue between the NX and the Immix integration.
When a server loses its network connection and then reconnects, a notification appears in Immix. This mostly happens when a server is rebooted.
It seems that after the connection is restored, the following message is generated:
SIGNAL - Video Melding Immix (VM) TX: 90 S: 90 Z: -1 RL: SV TX-ID: SN8874 Key: *A OZ: -1
The account used in Immix only has permissions to view live video streams.
I also cannot find anything relevant in the server logs.
It appears that NX may be sending a restore/recovery event after the connection is re-established.

Dear Jan v Gestel,
Because the integration between SureView Immix and our VMS was developed directly by SureView, we don't have visibility into its underlying setup or technical details. To get the most accurate assistance, I recommend reaching out to SureView directly or contacting them through your Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). They’ll be best equipped to help you troubleshoot or answer specific questions about the integration.
From the VMS perspective, how system status notifications are handled depends on your setup. In a single-server system, the VMS sends a re-connection message only after the offline server recovers and comes back online. In a multi-server setup, however, you don't have to wait for the offline server to reboot, if one server drops offline, the remaining active servers immediately detect the drop and transmit the notification on its behalf.
These messages look different from the sample you shared.
With kind regards.
