Provision-isr analytics

Has anyone had success lately with provision-isr camera analytics working?
I was in contact with Provision tech support and received some plugins to install and the plug in shows up in the integrations tab and is enabled but Im not getting any data.
Ive tried with DDA and DDA2 cameras
Running 6.1.0.42176

Found issue, polling port on cameras needed to be set to 8080.
Analytics work now although the functionality of having object events displayed in the VMS is intermittent
App displays events consistently
