PTZ Presets stop working in NX.

We are experiencing the following issue:
The customer has several Hikvision PTZ cameras connected to NX.

In the past, we used the native PTZ presets; however, these regularly caused issues or disappeared from NX.

Therefore, we changed the setting in NX so that the presets are managed from within NX (use site presets).
This works well, and the customer can easily manage the presets themselves. However, from time to time it happens that the presets are still available, but the camera suddenly moves to a completely different position and no longer responds to the presets.

The log does not show any camera control activity, so we are unsure what could be causing this issue.

We would appreciate your advice and/or assistance in this matter.

  Hi Gerrald Beute, 

  Since the VMS logs aren't showing anything, it's very likely this action originated from the cameras. Did you take a look at the camera logs to see if anything was captured there?
