Hikvision object detection

Does anyone know if the newer Hikvision cameras with Person and Vehicle classification can pass this data through to NX Witness as objects, for object search and recording triggers?

  Yes I have been using object detection for a couple years now with Hikvision cameras.  You need to have the Acusense version of the cameras and need to set up the detection in the camera

  Is that setting in the camera using VCA or standard motion detects I've noticed there's two types in the cameras settings Thanks

  I set it in smart event under VCA.  Some Hik cameras advertise object detection but I confirmed with them recently that the cameras need to be Acusense to work with NX or DW
