    To ensure compatibility with Windows Server 2025, please verify that you are running Nx Witness version 6.1 or higher.

    If you continue to experience issues while using version 6.1, please contact your authorized Nx Reseller for technical investigation. They can escalate the matter directly to the Nx Support team if further assistance is required.

    Thank you for your guidance.

    I have successfully updated Nx Witness to the latest version 6.1 as you recommended for Windows Server 2025 compatibility. However, the issue persists even after the update.

    The recording on all cameras continues to stop and restart intermittently. Upon checking the logs, I found the following error message:

    WARNING nx::monitoring::PdhMonitor: Error in PdhGetFormattedCounterValue: 0x800007d6 (A counter with a negative denominator value was detected.)

    I am in a difficult situation as this stability issue is affecting our operations. Since the version update did not resolve the problem, could you please provide technical guidance or escalate this matter to the Nx Support team for further investigation?

    Additionally, it appears that the error occurs while retrieving server performance information. Could you please advise if there is a way to disable the server performance monitoring feature within the VMS to bypass this issue?
