Dahua ANPR Relay Latched on

Hello.

 I recently attempted to set up a soft trigger on a Dahua ANPR ( DHI-ITC413-PW4D-IZ1) camera to allow for gate triggering from NX Client via an output relay on the camera.

I created the following rule based on suppliers instructions however now the relay is permanently latched on.

Does any one know of a command to send the camera to unlatch, or of a method to create a rule that will simply pulse the relay?

The rule is not currently in use and is not enabled, defaulting camera unlatches relay briefly the latch on is back. Is there anywhere else in NX that may be sending the trigger signal? Logic dictates that there shouldn't be , but stranger things have happened

  Hi chris gill,

  By default, the VMS triggers the output command but cannot distinguish between a continuous on/off state and a pulse. To address this, we recommend sending an HTTP request directly to the device. If supported, you can use the appropriate Dahua API request to trigger a specific pulse command.
