IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-PRO-ANZ 2 Way Audio does not work in NX

Hi Tam ,

 

latest Dahua TIOC camera IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-PRO-ANZ 

 

does not work with 2 way audio through NX ,it works fine through webbrows and Dahua App ,could you please inestigate.

 

this camera is the latest TIoc release ,do not want to steer away from it if the isue can be resolved.

  Hi fred asgari,

  Typically, in such cases, it makes sense to change the codec used for the audio transmission. 
  I currently use AAC with a sample frequency of 8000. 

  THIS support article lists the supported codecs.
