hello i have an question we have an local storage server with one camera on an site.
the recording is local buth the server is merged throuh Cloud with other servers.
now whas there no issue till a few months back the system is using every 2 hours 11MB Data from the sim card. even when nobody looks the camera.
this never happend before only when u look the camera on live or playback i had data consuming.
can u explain or tell me where the data consuming is?

If you merge a device via the cloud - besides the default cloud communication - there is also an ongoing database synchronization between Servers routed over the cloud layer.
That being said, we recommend to be cautious when using mobile connections, since latency and jitter for a mobile connection can affect the proper synchronization of the database.

ok i get that buth still its very strange that the system before september never used that much data and after september it use more data ever 2 hours i cant define that.
buth maybe its than better to unmerge the system with the other system

We frequently update the cloud layer to add functionality, like in recent times, bookmarks, layouts, etc.
This requires more communication, so will also lead to more data consumption.It is important to update your systems to version 6.0.6, since this will also reduce the amount of data between Desktop Client and Cloud.
