Hi, 

Does NX support the Dahua IPC-HDBW7842H-Z in camera analytics?

If so, does it support the full suite of analytical functions?

 

I was not able to find the model on the supported cameras list.

  Hi Daniel L,

  If it isn't listed on the supported device list, I cannot make a statement that it is supported, but I would be really surprised if we wouldn't support it.

   

  Regarding the analytics, the Dahua integration was based on the Dahua API of HTTP Protocol Specification V2.71 of 2019-06-03. So if the camera is compliant to this document, it should support the events.

  With the following API call you can list the events that are reported by the camera.

  <camera_ip>/cgi-bin/eventManager.cgi?action=getExposureEvents
