NX Witness mobile app stopped working after night.
AnsweredHello. Yesterday I woke up and wanted to check my camera, and mobile app is unable to connect to my server. With the error "Cannot connect to System "bunker". Screenshot attached. If I configure local connection - application works fine. Does not work via cloud. The thing is, that I can see my camera in nxvms.com perfectly clear. Server is reporting status and everything else. I've tried to delete app, reinstall, reconnect cloud, restart docker (now in a few months history I have three "systems", because after every server restart I have to setup NX Witness in docker from the beginning even thou I can see all old records from data store). I am not sure why system and container is reporting to cloud and I can see camera in the cloud but I can't connect to server via cloud in mobile app.

There was an issue in our cloud backend, and it should be resolved at this stage.
Can you please confirm it all works again? If not, there might be a system specific issue.0 -
