License problem after failed motherboard

Hello, 

A customer of mine has a server with a failed motherboard, so I will replace it. Because it will be a newer motherboard, I also have to change the cpu. 

Will I get the recording problem because of changing HWID? What can I do about it? 

It's about 13 recording licences.
