How to crypted video recording

Hello, I search how to enable encryption video. Because in France, we need to crypt all file in folder hi_quality / low_quality ! For moment I can open all recording .mkv with VLC for example.. It's not allowed in France... Any solutions ? Best regards,

  Currently, you can't encrypt the video data. 

  This feature request is under discussion and might appear in a future version, but nothing confirmed yet. 

  Please submit the suggestion in the New Feature Ideas section. 

  To be honest, I think it is a mandatory feature to protect data on a laptop which is more likely to be stolen or hacked than a server in a server room. 

  The only way to access the video data is either via the network of physically on the device. In both cases quite a few security layers have been broken and unauthorized people got access to the device and the accessibility of the data is the least concern since basically you are owned by the burglar or black hat hacker.

  That being said, I understand the need for such feature, but at this stage there is no option.
