  Hi @...,

  Based on the current version you have (4.1.0.31767) and the colors of your interface I assume you use Hanwha Wave, while the build number 31946 you entered is for Nx Witness. 

  If I'm correct, please reach out to Hanwha for the latest builds. They control which releases and patches they publish.
