  Hi hant suki,

  It is likely you are still using HTTP Basic authentication. However, it is recommend you can use the HTTP Digest to replace the HTTP Basic. It is also the suggested way from Nx.

  You could use HTTP Digest to pass the authentication and call the Nx API. It is also suggested you can check the HTTP Authentication part of Nx Mediaserver API document. The document contains the detail of procedure. Here is also an article on Nx support knowledge base for your reference.
