Is dwrapping on Dahua DH-HAC-EBW3802P-0250B supported?

Hi all,

We want to change a synology recording device with dahua connected devices to a NX Witness installation. I can't find the model DH-HAC-EBW3802P-0250B in the supported devices list.

Is there someone who can confirm or tested this camera (a dahua DH-HAC-EBW3802P-0250B)on a NX Witness installation. If dewrapping is supported or not?

  Hi @...,

  That the device isn't listed, doesn't tell it won't work. To be honest, it would surprise me if it doesn't work. 
  For your information, the list you refer to is automatically populated when a device is connected to at least 3 different Nx Witness systems. 

  We use a technology called universal fisheye dewarping, which means that we can dewarp any fisheye cameras with our Nx Witness Desktop Client and our Nx Witness Mobile Client. This is included and doesn't occupy any special or additional licenses and is just a matter of enabling the feature in the Camera Setting Menu. 

  You can download our software for free and it comes with 4 trial licenses included. So it should be very easy to verify if the camera is supported. If you need more trial licenses or for a longer period of time, just let us know.
