Failed to recording on NAS

Hi everyone,

We have try to record data on NAS ,but it kept showing problem just like the screenshot

and the first photo is how we connect the system

we have spend a lot of time dealing with this problem,help us anyway,thanks

  Hi Lin,

  When Nx requests some read/write commands but the operating system returned the error, an I/O error event will be generated. This is likely the storage issue that it cannot respond to OS and Nx correctly. And Nx might mark the storage as  "inaccessible" status but will keep trying to take it back to work.
  
  Please check if your network drive is still allowed:
  - Access and read the data
  - Create or add the file
