Issues with paxton net2 plugin integration

Good evening...I have NX witness running latest v4.1.0.31398 for a customer. I also have Paxton net2 v6.03 on the same site and I'm attempting integration using the plugin:

1. Plugin of matching version (for v6) installed on the net2 client machine (which is also the net2 server)

2. NX witness client also installed and working successfully on this machine - 64-bit machine running Windows 10.

3. NX witness plugin and login successfully hooked up via Options > camera integration, and I'm able to match cameras to doors as required.

4. Camera icons show correctly alongside events in the net2 software

The issue is that when I double-click the camera icon to get the clip preview, the window just flashes up, and then disappears again - I see no video.

Advice appreciated please

I've now realised that if I leave it for a few seconds after double-clicking the icon, it opens a camera playback window in NX witness with the correct camera.

This is fine - but however the popup often (but now always) shows the below. I presume that in cases where the NX witness client is not installed, the video should play within the 'DRV Viewer' window.

Can we fix this?
