Hi,

My system will be updated to v4.1.0.31398 and i have a warning about end of live, referring  that no more builds will be provided.

What is the software alternative you offer since we cannot have a software that does not receive updates that might be crucial to maintain our network security?

Please keep in mind that we choose a local software due to the impossibility of having our images outside our network

  Hi @...,

  I assume you updated from 4.0.0.xxxxx to 4.1.0.xxxxx and your server is an Nx1? 
  In that case the software isn't EOL, but the server is. 

  The hardware and OS of the Nx1 can't use TLS 1.2+ and was forced to use the TLS 1.0. TLS 1.0 was deprecated a long time ago and therefore we had to EOL the Nx1 devices in order to keep our core code base as secure as possible. 

  That being said, you can deactivate the license keys and activate them on a newer server with a supported 64-bit architecture and supported OS.
