Setting primary stream frames per second

Hi,

I have an application that uses the transcoded RTSP stream from network optix.  What I noticed is that something is changing the frame rate on the camera AFTER I manually change the settings for frame rate on the cameras setup page.

So what I would like to do is to set the frame rate for the camera in network optix to check if this helps keep the setting.

Is this possible ?

  Hi @...,

  The framerate that was set in the Recording tab of the Camera Settings menu should be the framerate you should receive.

  If you want to have the framerate that has been set in the menu of the camera itself, you can tick the option Keep camera stream and profile settings in the Expert tab of the Camera Settings menu.  

  That being said; it might happen that the framerate drops due to limited hardware resources of the camera itself.
