Another request from a prospect from Ukraine. Can functionality be added to a product that allows selecting cameras:
- using keyboard numeric keys or numbers on the standard keyboard;
- switch between cameras back and forth using standard keyboard arrow keys;
Can this be done? How long do you think it will take?

You can't use the numeric keys of the standard keyboard. In THIS support article all shortcuts are described.
Regarding the other request, with the arrow keys, you can move between all cameras in the layout, in the grid, but also when the cameras are displayed in full screen.0 -
Hi Norman, thanks for your reply. Is there a particular reason why you don't allow numeric keys of the standard keyboard to be utilised? Can this be enabled/added? This will allow accessing priority devices very quickly.

Not sure if there is a reason behind it, I doubt it to be honest. But I'll move this topic to the New Feature Ideas section as well.
Maybe our design team can comment on it.
What you can do to access priority devices instantly is creating a layout with the priority devices and then add a Soft Trigger to the applicable cameras that when you click the applicable soft trigger the layout with the priority devices will open.

Hi Andrew,
You can use numeric key or the standard and numpad keyboards to activate presets for the PTZ and Fisheye camera. Corresponding hotkey should be assigned to the preset in the PTZ -> Manage dialog.
And, like Norman said, you can use arrows (Shift + Arrow in the next version) to switch between cameras on the layout.
Is it the intended functionality of the hotkeys, or you'd prefer them to work differently?
