    I am terribly sorry I am not able to put this camera online due to several factors like the fact that this is in a very remote area with only a data limited double NAT'ed 4G connection.

    I'm sorry as well, but we don't have other options to investigate the issue. 
    Maybe your camera supplier can provide access to such camera? 

    Does the issue get resolve when you factory default the camera? You could try it with only one. 
    All rules in Nx Witness, should still apply since the cameraId should not change. I write should, since sometimes some brands also change the cameraId when factory defaulted.
