Dahua Analytics Event in Event Rules

NX Server 4.1.0.32045
I already have successfully set up Analytics events with 5 of these cameras
When I am trying to add the very same analytic event for bookmarking,
NX now longer lists the 'Event type's from that camera when selecting 'Analytics Event'
Have tried rebooting camera. Have upgraded NX server to latest patch. No go.
Now I know it might work to factory reset all cameras and start over. But in the long run
doing all the setup and testing all over again every time is not really a good solution.

I am terribly sorry I am not able to put this camera online due to several factors like the fact that this is in a very remote area with only a data limited double NAT'ed 4G connection.

I'm sorry as well, but we don't have other options to investigate the issue.
Maybe your camera supplier can provide access to such camera?Does the issue get resolve when you factory default the camera? You could try it with only one.
All rules in Nx Witness, should still apply since the cameraId should not change. I write should, since sometimes some brands also change the cameraId when factory defaulted.0 -
