Avigilion 3.0C-H3A-BO2-IR cannot edit credentials

Hi all,

 

This may not be relevant to the nx system however i am trying to configure existing avigilion cameras that the credentials are unknown and about 10metres high without ladder access and traffic management needing to be in place.

Any chance someone could help me through reconfiguring credentials in Avigilion bullet camera without getting to the reset/default button. 

I am hoping this is possible through the Avigilion config tool, but would like some guidance.

  I am trying to connect these existing cameras onto the NX system.

  Hi Daniel Francis,

  I'm no Avigilon expert, but I'm afraid you have to be at the camera to push the reset button.
