Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how can I change the length of the video files that Nx Server is saving at E:\HD Witness Media\hi_quality.

I looked at the forums and also at the Web Admin advanced page, didn't see that option.

Is it possible to change the length of the video files? currently, it seems like it is set to 1 minute and 10 seconds approximtely.

How can I change these settings?

Installed Nx server version: 4.1.0.31398

OS: Windows 10 Pro

  Hi @...,

  You can't change the video length. 
  Why would you want to change the length?

  Hi Norman,

  This can help if you want to manipulate or extract data from the MKV files. This is not a big issue but could help.

  Hi @...,

  Please check our Server API and look for the Direct Download section in the Video API section. Here is described how to extract data from the system. 

  

  Manipulating data will cause errors and therefore isn't recommended.
