    Hi Norman, 

    Thank you. We were able to fix the issues. had to change some settings on the camera to make it work.

    Both Camera 1 and Camera 2 (which is selected in the box at the top) to be H264.

    Also, change the SVC (Scalable video coding) to auto

    Hope this will help anyone else who has the same issue.
