NX Server Windows 10 access to usb webcam while locked

I noticed that when the machine is locked, the webcam goes offline.

 

Is there anyway to allow nx server to access the webcam, while the machine is locked?

  Hi Sir,

  The webcam of my Win10 server is still available when the screen is locked.

  For your reference, I've attached the version of my Win10 computer here. Maybe you could try to update your Win10 to the latest build.

  

   

   

  By the way, this should be the OS level question instead of the Nx application.

  If the OS restricts the access of the camera under some conditions, then there's nothing Nx could do here.

  You should be able to find some discussions of this case from the Microsoft community or other unofficial ways via google search.
