Can't play sound when camera motion trigger after upgarde to Nx 4.1.31398 version

When camera motion trigger ,can't play sound when set to Syren at Server .

  Hi Cary Chan,

  We need to know more before we can find out why. 

  Please check the following support article and provide the required information: LINK

  Also, did you try the action 'Play Sound' when using another event, like 'Soft Trigger' for example? 
  Or motion as the event and another action, 'Notification' for example.
