    Hi Sir,

    Please help to check if the server is allowed to configure the stream profile settings of camera first:
    1. Go to Main Menu > System Administration > General tab, make sure the option "Allow system to optimize device settings" is(and must be) enabled already.
    2. The option "Keep camera stream and profile settings" must be disabled under Camera Settings > Expert tab

    Let me know if you still have the problem after confirmed two options.
