Enable Audio button greyed out

Hey

I'm trying to enable audio in a Dahua camera that supports audio (has been tested and worked before).

After some months that the audio was disabled, we've been asked to enable it for one of our cameras.

For some reason under the camera settings it is greyed out. For others cameras it is greyed out but already enabled.

Tried to look for some info in the community or FAQ, but nothing came up.

Nx Server running version 4.1.0.3198 (Windows 10 Pro).

Connected with the admin user.

Why is it greyed out? How can I enable it?

  Hi Sir,

  Please help to check if the server is allowed to configure the stream profile settings of camera first:
  1. Go to Main Menu > System Administration > General tab, make sure the option "Allow system to optimize device settings" is(and must be) enabled already.
  2. The option "Keep camera stream and profile settings" must be disabled under Camera Settings > Expert tab

  Let me know if you still have the problem after confirmed two options.
