    Hi Takeshi,

    Please help us to collect the Wireshark packet on your server machine.
    We'd like to sniffer the whole process (adding the device -> play the stream) between camera and server.

    Additionally, you could try the one of below methods first and let me know if this can work for you.
    1. Whole system configuration: Disable "Allow system to optimize camera settings" from Main Menu > System Administration.
    2. Single camera configuration: Enable "Keep camera stream and profile settings" from Camera settings

    It is now possible to receive camera images using both methods 1 and 2.
    Can I expect the camera to work with optimized settings in future upgrades?

    Yes, actually our DEV team has already fixed it and merged to the future build.
    There's a custom build if you'd like to give it a try:
    In-Client Upgrade
    Build Number: 31635 
    Password: h1kmso

    Please notice that this is just for the issue verification and didn't pass full testing internally. It is strongly recommended to update the next official build as soon as it's released. (To get detailed information of Nx  versioning, you may refer to the article here)
