    It seems like the issue will require further investigation, as a result, we would like to connect remotely to your machine with the reported issue in order to look into the problem as soon as possible.     Just for reference.

    The issue is self-solved for an unknown reason when our developer tries to do more investigation. 
    We assumed it might happen due to network problems at the moment so the connection goes through the proxy and never reach to Nx cloud. If you meet the issue again, please help us to collect the following info:
    1. The Wireshark packet collected during the issue occurred.
    2. The server log with VERBOSE log level by referring to the instruction
