Whats best for recording PC/server?

  This is an impossible question, since there is no clear answer. Each OS, has their pros and cons and it depends on the project what is the best option and even per person there are preferences.

  Hello,

  Norman we made a project with 20 Nx Licences, based on a Windows 10 OS.

  After 2 months the server crashed (whole OS, not only Nx), and need manual reboot.

  Do you advice us to activate an auto reboot on Windows for all installation made with Nx ?

  Hi Guilhem Decoux,

  I have no strong opinion on that. Some people do that.
  I prefer to monitor my servers and do a manual reboot when necessary.

  The tool I use is Smart Cloud Monitor, which is from one of our authorized resellers.

  I do auto-boot my systems as soon as they are powered, so that in case of a power loss, they'll boot once they get power again.

  Hello Norman,

  Agree we have auto boot setup as default, as to monitor we like to do it using Nx Cloud, I will check the advantages of SCM compare to cloud.

  Approx. 50% of installations made with our solution have no WAN connexion, so remote monitoring can't be done. In France customers like to get closed systems on project...
