Hi 

I didn't see this suggestion before. We need this for city surveillance projects. We must setup the VMS server to move the speed dome to a specific PTZ preset after some time of speed dome camera inactivity (after being idle for....)

I know it is usually configured inside of the PTZ cameras, but some city surveillance systems have some old speed dome cameras which just don't have such options inside.

I hope more users will be interested in this, if yes, then please please vote by arrow up.

  Tomasz, This feature already exists. Assuming that you already created a preset in NX, Right Click the camera>PTZ>Manage> Check the home box for the preset that you want as the camera return position, apply settings.

  Hahahaha, Tuli you helped me a lot, yes you are right it works properly. Before you contacted me, I tested and was waiting for 30 seconds, then I tested 60 seconds, but I just didn't think to wait any longer time !

  Yes, I confirm , it comes back to Home position after 2 minutes !
