what is the minimum specification of the server to host 1000 - 3000 cameras with streaming 1080p?

1) CPU

2) DB storage

3) Bandwidth utilization

  Please allow me to move your post to computing hardware section.
  
  This article might be helpful when you design a large system.
  You could try to estimate the hardware spec via using our system calculator. Be noticed that we support the max 128 numbers of the camera for each server but 100 channels is recommended for large system. You could merge servers together into one system.
