Project Registration over 3 months, never get update status from global site . Right now, problem are distributor cannot support bidding confirmation letter.

We process project registration(with partner link) over 3 months, but never get feedback or update status from global site. Whatever we have contact with Thailand Distributor(cctv.co.th), register new partner, process registration and send draft TOR to verified deal because we need to ensure as we can get support for Bidding and then we get project price from them and confirm support for Bidding.

But problem is, Today they just inform as cannot support bidding confirmation letter (as included in draft TOR sent them before). Who can help on this problem?(i cannot find any email from to contact some one of Nx) if we get project lost, due to partner support problem maybe the last time to creating project for Nx product. we looking forward to create project with Nx product please kindly contact us CC: sales@torqueit.co.th.
