Dear Support Team

Kindly note that we have one project where we are going to use Optex PIDS ''SL‐350QDM, SL‐350QDP''.

We just need to confirm the compatibility between Nx Witness and the given PIDS model.

  Hello Moheb,

  Thanks for your post. 
  We provide the website of supported IP Video list and you could search the model there.The website collect and list the devices automatically if several separate systems report this camera capabilities.
  If your model is not listed in the website, please try to check if the device supports ONVIF standard. Nx Witness support ONVIF profile S and the model should be able to work with Nx if the device could work with ONVIF Device Manager tool.

  Hi Moheb,

  The device is not a camera but a sensor. It is unlikely to work with Nx witness since they don't offer HTTP event.

  There're two options you could try:

  1. Connect the physical output to the physical input of SUPPORTED camera. 

  2. Use another brand, GJD for example, that can send alerts to Nx.
